By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or accessing under lawful parental / guardian consent
- You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your continued access to or use of the Services shall constitute your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments made from time to time.

- Website design, branding, logos, and digital assets
You shall not, directly or indirectly:

- Share access credentials or provide unauthorised access to third parties
Reverse engineer, replicate, or commercially utilize any proprietary system
Any unauthorised use shall constitute a material breach and may result in civil and/ or criminal proceedings under applicable laws, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
5. LICENSE AND USE RESTRICTIONS
Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not grant any ownership rights in the content or Services.
6. USER ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
Where applicable:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You shall be solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account
- The Company shall not be liable for unauthorised access resulting from your negligence
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or
violation.
7. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
- All fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable
- The Company reserves the right to revise pricing at any time
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways
The Company shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or error arising from such
third-party payment systems.
8. REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Refunds, if any, shall be governed strictly in accordance with the Company’s Refund Policy.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, no refunds shall be granted in the following cases:
- Partial or full consumption of course content
- Access to downloadable materials
- Participation in live sessions or workshops
- Commencement of agency or consulting services
All decisions regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any
warranties, express or implied.
The Company expressly disclaims any warranties regarding:
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free access

The Company shall not be responsible for:
- Performance, availability, or reliability of such third parties
- Changes in their policies or operations
- Data handling or security practices
13. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:

- Upload or transmit malicious code

Any breach may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
